How do I upload a photo for my keyring?
Simply select the ‘Choose an Image’ option on the product page. You can choose an image from your device and preview it before finalising your order. And if you have more questions about your order or shipping, you can always contact our team.
Can I change the photo after ordering?
As we start working on each keyring as soon as possible, we can’t usually change the photo after you place your order. But if you get in touch with our team, we might be able to fulfil your request. To prevent this, please make sure you’re happy with your selection before completing your purchase.
Is the photo projection visible in daylight?
The photo projection is best viewed in low-light conditions. While you can see a faint projection in daylight, the effect is most impressive in darker environments or when using a strong light source.
If you want to view the photo in daylight you can look (or place your phone camera) directly into the rounded side of the keychain.
