The locket itself is nice enough and decent quality for the price. My issue was with the photo I uploaded a clear image as instructed but the one inside the locket came out a bit dark and slightly blurry around the edges. I’d expected it to be a bit crisper. It’s not terrible, just not quite what I imagined. I emailed customer service and they were helpful and offered to reprint it, which was a nice touch. I’ll try again with a different photo and see if that helps.
