Bought 4 bracelets for Christmas with an image of my father in a glass eye who passed away recently, one for me, one for my mum and 1 for each grandchild. The glass eye has fallen out of one of them and when we contacted customer service they said they only offer a 30 day warranty. They obviously don’t have that much faith in the quality of their product. **UPDATE**, I have since been contacted by Allure who have processed a full refund for the faulty item and in fairness to Allure it looks like they have taken on my comments and changed their policies. Need to add that the other 3 are all as they should be and I am happy with them.
