We offer a minimum 100-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders (select products include a lifetime guarantee where stated).

If you experience any issues with your order within the first 100 days, simply contact our customer care team and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


Personalised Items

As our jewellery is made especially for you, personalised items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged.

If there is an issue with a personalised item, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assess and rectify it.


Non-Personalised Returns

Non-personalised items may be returned for any reason, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and unused
  • It is returned in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide full instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages, Faults & Incorrect Items

  • You received the wrong item

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, we may request photo or video evidence before offering a resolution.

  • Replacements where appropriate
  • Partial refunds offered at our discretion as a goodwill gesture

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a new item is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
