How long does shipping take?
Due to very high demand, delivery is currently between 2 and 3 weeks to the majority of countries worldwide.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept all major methods including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, EPS, Giropay and Bancontact.
Can I return my order?
As all orders are made to order. We cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the product.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot normally make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed as orders are started as soon as possible. If contacted immediately, we may be able to facilitate your request.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
While water exposure should not cause any issues. We recommend avoiding it where possible to maintain the best possible finish.
